    • Ooohh, I understand that one all too well. I can lift weights, get on the stair master and even go to yoga class, but running days…ehhh! Did you make it out for a run yesterday? Thank you for stopping by! Have a beautiful day:)

      • I went for a walk but not a run but any step is a step right? Thanks for asking.
        Once the sun decides to stay out then I may be inspired to go running or for a muddy hike.
