Move over Wheaties, there’s a new breakfast of champions. A few weeks ago, we began juicing. Though I was initially hesitant about the taste of the juice and cleaning the juicer, I now crave our new breakfast . . . and sometimes lunch. It is the after workout treat to which we look forward in the middle of those tough morning workouts. Who knew something so packed in nutrients would be so dang tasty?!? Simply delicious.
